Court to Hear Texas Case on Gay Rights (washingtonpost.com) This makes me think of the "blue laws" across the nation - ones that make certain things illegal, but are, shall we say, stupid. Like the one saying that oral sex is illegal. Now, I don't know about you, but how exactly is anyone going to know you're doing that, unless you're doing it in public? And if you're having oral sex in public, don't you have some larger problems beyond getting arrested for having oral sex? Like, say, indecent exposure? Corrupting minors? <insert your other broken law here>
